At last I am at the stage of being ready to release the preview of my first book in the ‘Era of Zether’ series NOT OUT OF FEAR! It’s hard to believe that I’ve probably been working on getting to this point for around four years, and putting up with all kinds of interference, in the best-intentioned sort of way of course, from wannabe editors and other lower mortals in my family. In choosing the magical fantasy genre, I’m wanting to pay tribute to my favourite authors JRR Tolkien and JK Rowling, as well as Roald Dahl and John Flanagan.
The preview raises the curtain on the antagonists, their powers, the ideology of the world I have created and what is at stake for the protagonists.
